Hair growth can be a very annoying/boring process, similar to watching a snail crawl at its steady but slow pace.
The most frustrating thing about hair growth is that there is very little we can do as humans to give it a push unlike other parts of our body that we have control over like growing our muscles for example.
So with that said there are a few things we can make sure that we do have to make sure our hair grows at the fastest pace that our bodies will allow it to grow, which means making sure we have the right vitamins in our system.
Below I will list which vitamins that have some sort of relation or effect in the terms of our hair, doesn’t necessarily mean growth of the hair but can be just beneficial to our hair in general.
- Vitamin C
- Horsetail extract
- MSM aka Methylsulfonylmethane
Overall most of these vitamins we get through our daily diets but if you are worried that you may not be getting the full amount then I would look into getting a product like this.
If you are looking for something minimal to help with hair growth then look into something simple like biotin.
Overall this is my list for hair vitamins and I will update this list as I gain more knowledge or any new studies are developed.
